Once you have decided to enroll in the CELT program, this is what you need to do.

  1. Fill out simple enrollment form CELT enrollment form download  click here
  2. Send the enrollment form and a $50.00 check for administration fees. make check payable to C.M.A.
  3. CMA, 8654 Meadowview Dr., West Chester, OH 45069
  4. CMA will send you an invite through Canvas. Follow the link and create an account with Canvas.
  5. Sign in to Canvas at your leisure, and take the tests within the 60 days.
  6. When you have finished all the test you are going to take email doc@christianmanagement.com and we will give you a result.
  7. Pay for passed tests and we will send a transcript to you and the school of your choice
